Secure SD-WAN and Remote Workforce Modernization

CITCI is a nonprofit with multiple remote sites, and SOHO users. An array of support services includes education, employment and training services, workforce development, family preservation, and support for individuals recovering from addiction, substance abuse, or incarceration.

THE CHALLENGE
During COVID-19, CITCI decided to strengthen the security of their remote branches including SOHO users and their remote workforce irrespective of how and where they are connecting and have access to CITCI resources.
THE SOLUTION
With the new remote workforce, E-Panzer deployed Cisco Umbrella secure web gateway, cloud delivered firewall, DNS-layer security, and cloud access security broker (CASB) solutions into a single, easily deployed, cloud-based service. Plus, they delivered Cisco SD-WAN solutions that include Cisco Meraki and umbrella STIG.
These changes provided DNS layer security as well as secure web gateway and cloud firewalls.
The new office technology and connect ability has upgraded the working environment, so it can tackle any new and complex set of IT security, compliance, data protection, and regulations challenges.
